Situation

The publisher had been partnering with another provider, but over time began to face challenges that made it difficult to fully understand and optimise their performance. Reporting was limited — available only in NET figures — which meant the team lacked the transparency and detail needed to make confident, data-led decisions. Communication around changes was often unclear, leaving the publisher without the context or guidance required to manage their monetisation strategy effectively. Additionally, the client wanted to move into more Direct campaigns and needed the support to facilitate this transition.

Despite these operational frustrations, the sites were still generating adequate NET revenue each month.
